a fundraising plan and provide ongoing support to the senior team in areas
such as leadership development, agency communications and planning,
and volunteer support.

The audit supports a new CEO and/or the board to prepare the
organization for effective fundraising. We evaluate systems, goals, staffing,
communications and board and committee leadership, for example.
