Where is your greatest concern now?

Long-term hands-on fundraising.
We join your team for an extended period of time to develop and execute a fundraising plan and provide ongoing support to the senior team in areas such as leadership development, agency communications and planning, and volunteer support.

Short-term interim staffing, or periodic coaching and counsel.
We work with the executive or board chair to identify needs and develop a suitable plan. Examples include:

Coaching the CEO or novice development professional.
When funds are limited, this is a way to leverage and stretch limited resources for maximum results. By sitting side-by-side with staff, The Keane Group assists in shaping development plans, enhancing volunteer resources, fine-tuning communications strategies and providing staff support to campaign counsel.

Building a board that delivers.
By working with the board and/or the CEO to identify the need and skill gaps, The Keane Group can take the long view in building capacity and stronger commitment to the job a board needs to do.

Conduct an internal systems audit.
The audit supports a new CEO and/or the board to prepare the organization for effective fundraising. We evaluate systems, goals, staffing, communications and board and committee leadership, for example.

Providing project-specific strategic and tactical support.
When might you need an extra boost to put your work over the top?
Advice in planning a strong annual-giving program
Support in the pre-capital campaign planning or feasibility-study period
Grant-writing strategy to bring to the surface new ideas and to prioritize the work
Interim development staffing during a high-level development or CEO search so that the agency doesn’t skip a beat
